Back in Fang
Holland 1
Wow, it's been such an amazing trip... I was so very happy to be home again and to see all my loved ones! I look back with great memories and know that everyone is doing fine.
I ate way too much because that's also a pretty important part! Lot's of boerenkool, marsepijn, danerol croissants, stoof peertjes and so much more.
Amsterdam is still the same but fashion is so apparent that it kind of does look different. Hard to explain. Ben and I stayed at my sister and Joost's house while in Amsterdam and we had a most special time with them! My sister is now nearly finished with her masters criminology after months of delivering a massive thesis. She is now ready to work what will be a big change in her life. Well done moppie!!!! You've done it all by yourself, be proud of it!!!!!!
My sweetheart grandma was doing very well and it was just the best thing to see her again. She loved to view the pictures I brought her in a book so she can see what we all do in Thailand. I already miss her a lot...
My lovely sweet dog Jordy was a centre of the trip. I miss him a lot because I can't ever explain to him why I am not there to take care of him and share cuddles. Well it's good to know that he does seem to still like me. (I have to admit that I worked hard on that one by bringing dog cookies over from Fang ;) He actually was really sad when I left with all suitcases and I bet you that he knew...
Nice to be having breakie in the kitchen in Boksum with my mummy and siblings. My mum must have been overworked after my departure because she was just cooking and making everything cosy! I already see her and my dad in February in Fang so that is good to know. Not too many tears (more) about not seeing them for so long.
My parents were of course very happy to have all kids home at once and we had the best time all together. Thank you all for the best time!!! It was truly amazing and I look back with the best memories! Thank you for everything!
Holland 2
I had not enough time but I was so happy to visit friends even though only for once. Paula with her son Hugo! It was so fantastic to meet the little man! He is doing very well and I got a smile... Paula is a great mum and it's beautiful to see her so very happy. It's too sad that I am so far away from them.
I went to Klaziena and Romke and saw their fantastic home which they build by their own! It's a farm style house and all the months of work are visual in every bit of the house. It was good fun catching up!
With my sister and my parents we had a great day out in Groningen where we met dear Frank in the pub, oh well where else would you find him ;) He is nearly done with his masters and I'm very proud of him.
We had a wonderful party in Boksum with all the family and friends from the wedding and those who weren't there. It was soo much fun that I didn't make photos at all! This here is a photo from ladies who bought a scarf from the FLOW project! I will have to show the ladies in the camp this photo so they can see where their product have gone to.

On my last day we met Robbert and Margreet in the Ierse Pub to say goodbye. Never fun but that's what happens in life if you choose to move so far away. AJ was the whole week in Boksum so I got to spend a lot of time again. He is studying hard in Gent so we won't have him over here for quite a while i'm afraid. AJ, Fang is missing you already!!!
